forms of embodiment. Currently, Mimi is a practicing artist and teaches both yoga and

Art Institute. She studied yoga with Jason Crandall, Dina Amsterdam, Judith Lasater and
Keith Borden. Mimi has studied, taught and practiced samatha and vipassana meditation
since 2005.

Mimi has exhibited, in Boston, San Francisco, Nashville, Birmingham, New Orleans,
Atlanta and Brooklyn. She created and directed both the Giggling Lotus Yoga Studio
and the Scrawl Center for Drawing which provided residencies for artists in San Francisco
from 2012-2018 (mimimoncieryoga.com). She worked on architecture projects including
the Carl J Shapiro Clinical Center at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Lippincott and Margulies
